Managing partner
Todd is a Results-driven entrepreneur/banker with extensive expertise in Reg D funds, having successfully led a number of similar funds in this same sector. He has extensive experience with complex underwriting, corporate governance, strategic planning, and deal structure.
MICHIKO NAKAYAMA

Michiko is a Harvard educated business expert who has an extensive network of international investors. She has led them to outsized returns in many sectors since 2008. She has substantial expertise in commercial real estate, collateralized lending and commercial appraisal.
Rita ahmad
Managing partner
Rita has over 25 yrs experience as an Entrepreneur and corporate officer. She co-owns and operates Detroit's largest Property Management company and sister Construction company as well as a Private Lending business and Landscape Maintenance contractor. Her expertise and guidance in all areas is integral to MTMA's success.
Mousa A. Ahmad
Investor Relations
Mousa is Seasoned Investor Relations Expert with Expertise in Fund Management, Operations, and Strategic Planning. He is the COO of both the Management and Construction companies vital to the control and success of all MTMA assets.

Sue runs a highly successful property management company with thousands of properties. Her expertise and attention to detail have created numerous operating efficiencies throughout our growth and will assure that our asset level approach will ensure continued success for our investors.
